1. The latest Intel N5105 CPU, low TDP
The Intel Celeron N5105 is a quad-core SoC from the Jasper Lake family, released in early 2021. The core clock of 4 Tremont CPUs is 2~2.9GHz (single-core burst) and does not support Hyper-Threading (SMT). The N5105 uses 1.5 MBL2 and 4 MBL3 caches. The chip is manufactured by Intel on a 10nm process (likely the same as Ice Lake).
The processor architecture is called Tremont, and it's completely redesigned compared to the previous Golmont Plus core. According to information provided by Intel, the single-threaded performance of this core has improved by an average of 30%, and all tests of SPECint and SPECfp have improved by 10-80%.

Q11:Can I power the machine from the USB-C port?
It is possible to power the machine from a USB-C power supply, but the USB Power Delivery (PD) 3.0 specification provides for a maximum of 100 watts (20V @ 5A), which is less than we recommend.
